Thank you for documenting ME /CFS. I was diagnosed with CFS and fibromyalgia, and I also have low thyroid. I am heartbroken for these young people. I was in my 40s when diagnosed, and it took many years of the process of elimination. My symptoms range from being bed bound to exhaustion, which is just debilitating. Headaches and pain in all my joints either can not sleep or sleep too much. Swelling, rashes, sensitivity to noise, bright lights, pain if someone touches me . Bruise easily, weird things like blood cell issues, rare conditions like ackenbach syndrome heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, list goes on. My immune system is compromised. I was always active. Ballet, martial arts, horse riding, gym. Now I can barely walk. This is very real, and it is important we talk about it and educate people. This is not an invisible illness. This is a condition that takes lives.

My daughter,, never in a million years would I have thought my daughter could have gotten so sick and died.. we could have lost her this past October. I didn't even know what crohns was... now I know, it's heartache, physical pain, absence, fear of falling behind in everything from school to sports, anger,, they raise so much money for this each year, yet it seems they are so far from fixing it.. My daughter was in perfect health only a year and half ago-2 years ago. Here is a big problem,, you get diagnosed, and they do not look into your background, genetics, antibodies, allergens, etc.. the health system does not care to research or know more,, the medical community is ignoring it,, their goal is to take care of onsett symptoms, and that's really it.

I think ketosis unless it is not severe .... Even I feel fatigue all the time but I actually very mindful about this problem... ... A guys who has mild problem who better have vegetables more in your diet .... Maybe try to have one meal ... Or something similar....... Because I have tried and actually memory gets better... ... One thing I can say that helped me with my Bigorexia is that I stopped watching body builders and those body builder/workout motivations. It helps me stop comparing myself to them. So I focused my workouts more towards strongman and powerlifting workouts. Where it matters more of how much weight you push than look. I know it’s bad replacing one with the other but it’s helped me from looking down at myself. I’m 5’6 1/2 and weight 240lbs or 108 kg. My arms are like 18 inches. So I’m not small at at but it’s the wanting to be ripped and massive

I just came across this story tonight, condolences to the family and friends of Joy Morgan. From me listening to this story it seems that the guy that got convicted of murdering this young lady had some form of unauthorized and inappropriate relationship with this young woman and possibly may have impregnated her and from the video and the description of the type of character this young lady had, she would not want to abort a innocent child but the guy accused of murder would have every reason to because he was married and he didn't want his wife and the church know he had violated the laws and rules that was taught to him, so in his sick mind to protect his crumbling integrity and his reputation he decided to do the unthinkable. This is the only thing that makes since to me and l have seen it many times on crime shows where weak minded men have another woman on the side and she ends up getting pregnant and decides she wants to keep the child against the mans decision and thats when he decides she has to go because he is to weak to except responsibility for his actions. This is all a opinion but it seems more than likely. What other reason would he have to hurt this young lady

I was at some similar point myself I saw myself fat couldn't even see the definition I started having on my abs 85kg 8% body fat For a couple of reasons I spent 6 months without training overeating etc. And then it snapped at me I saw a photo of my body posing at my best when I thought back then I was at my worst And at that moment was the first time I really appreciated and felt proud for what I have achieved. I don't know if I it was some kind of body dysmphorphia or just being too obsessed But I now know that loving and accepting your body goes way beyond abs and quads It's deeper in you it's not about appearance it's about how much you really value yourself.

I recently got sent to A&E for an infection that was causing extreme pain. Upon arrival, I was called in for a brief assessment. When I said I had CFS, the nurse just dismissed the condition saying..oh these specialists love to label people! I was told I needed to be admitted in order to have an MRI the following morning and was then told to wait in the A&E waiting area. I was there from 2pm until 10.30am without a bed all night and in huge discomfort. I was dosed up with morphine but this didn't take away the discomfort of sitting on a hard chair with fibromyalgia, CFS and a virus. I was kept awake for 14 hours..at 3.45am I was begging for a bed but told there were no beds..I told the nurse I had CFS etc but the response was..its the same for ALL patients and was told to be patient. I just wasn't taken seriously at all. I was seen quickly by another doctor who cancelled the MRI ordered by another doctor, misdiagnosed and sent home. The way I was treated with this debilitating condition was unbelievable. I felt invisible like many suffering from invisible and incapacitating conditons where there is simply no cure and very little research compared to other conditions. Invisible conditions don't get taken seriously and are often blamed on mental health when infact it is a physical condition.

My biggest achievement of 2023-2024 is that I completely stayed away from p*** for almost 7 to 8 months. (I was a hardcore addict for almost 14 years straight) The biggest change that I found out was I was getting erection even with a slight glance of a beautiful girl. Now, every morning I have to wear a baggy tshirt so that my siblings don't get sight of my morning wood. A simple thought about a beautiful girl will get me rock hard. My imagination has also improved sexually. I feel I am more funny than before. 😅😂
